Roses are known as the queen of flowers. Since ancient times red roses are a symbol of love. They were dedicated to various gods of love and fertility. The fruit of the rose, the rose hips are aggregate fruits. They can be processed into jam, liqueur or fruitwine. Most fruit tea blends contain rose hips.
